City  of Tulsa Pipes and Drums

Beginning with the 2016-2017 school year, the City of Tulsa Pipes & Drums is announcing four scholarships to be awarded to interested Tulsa area students desiring to learn the fundamentals of the Great Highland Bagpipe & Scottish style drumming. The scholarships are being offered to students in grades 6 - 11, who are in good standing at their respective schools.

 

Two scholarships will be awarded to two students who are interested in learning the bagpipes, and two scholarships will be awarded to two students who are interested in learning Scottish style drumming.
